WE DO.

The bottom line here is that the repair facility is responsible for the workmanship.  Regardless of what your insurance company may tell you, they do not repair your vehicle, we do.  If there is a concern or warrantee issue with the facility - even a preferred shop - the facility itself is ultimately responsible. 

As required by law, you should know that every collision repair shop that is registered with the Massachusetts Division of Standards is required to be bonded and responsible for the safe and proper repairs of your vehicle.
