CAL Enterprises, Inc, d/b/a Guaranty Auto Sales and Service was formed in 1979 by Lorne L. Almeida

Lorne L. Almeida: Lorne’s love for cars began as a teenager when he worked on cars with his dad. Lorne opened business as Guaranty Auto in 1979 with the purchase of a building at Depot Square, Clinton, MA to house his garage, where he began to earn a reputation for excellence with both this customers and his peers in the automotive industry. His professionalism, knowledge and experience put him in the top tier of independent auto repair shop owners.

Lorne brings to his business over 40 years of automotive and collision repair experience. Over the years, Lorne obtained certifications in the automotive field too numerous to list (AMI, ASE, Jendham) as well as his MA Auto Damage Appraisers License. Lorne still continues his education to keep current in the automotive and collision repair industries by attending classes and seminars offered in the area.

Community Support, Relations and involvement are important to Lorne. Lorne has taken his personal time sponsoring the Trash Collection Drive in Clinton, contributed to the Naughton Committee, and the Sterling (MA) Garden Club. Through Guaranty Auto, Lorne has contributed to the DARE Program offering time and parts; the Police Relief Association; Clinton Fire Fighters Local 3189; Clinton High School Robotics Team; Clinton High School Athletics (Sports Schedules), Clinton High School After Prom Party, Gael Card Discount Program, SPARC (Sterling Play Area Recreation Committee) for the Greenery Community Park, You, Inc., United Veterans, The American Lung Association, Walk for The Cure and other organizations throughout the years. In August, 2010, Lorne saw the opportunity to grow his business when he purchased the remaining half of the building that Guaranty Auto currently occupies and opened up a new division of CAL Enterprises, Clinton Collision Center, a full service, fully insured, bonded and registered MA Repair Shop for Auto Body and Collision Repair. Eric Almeida Like his father, Eric's love for all things automotive began at a very early age. Hanging around his father's shop growing up afforded Eric the opportunity to learn in a "hands on" environment by first assisting with minor things such as oil changes and then later with actual repairs such as brakes, exhausts, radiators etc.

Eric's interest and talent for proper diagnosis and repairs grew quickly and continues to grow today with newer, more challenging vehicles. Eric is an ASE Master Technician and a MA Licensed Emission Repair Technician. Eric is also a school teacher and teaches Automotive Repair at a local Trade High School.

Elizabeth Wood: Elizabeth has worked in the automotive industry with Lorne since 2006. Prior to joining CAL Enterprises, Elizabeth worked in the marketing and sales department of a raw material distributor for 5 years and managed the physical plant at a NE area college for 10 years as well as earning her degree in business management.

Elizabeth would like to emphasize that "running a small business, especially in the automotive industry, is a huge challenge. So many car and truck owners have a negative perception about our industry, and I for one, am passionate about improving that perception.” She continues, “We are committed to providing excellent automotive and customer care, a large part of which includes educating our customers about what it takes to keep their vehicles reliable and as safe as possible.”

Bob Lucci: Bob has been with Guaranty Auto since 1981.. 30 years! Obvious years of experience combined with Bob's reputation in the area as an Automotive Technician make him not only a Team Player but yet another asset to our shop.
Brian Roche: Brian joined our team in January of 2008 and brought to our team his Honda Certification and 15 years experience in automotive repairs. Brian's friendly, outgoing nature combine with his technical and diagnostic abilities to make him a real asset to our shop.
