If you do not have insurance to cover the required repairs, Guaranty Auto Glass is competitively priced and accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.

You report the claim and we take it from there, just provide us with the claim#.  No matter what Insurance company, Guaranty Auto Glass handles your glass coverage and is, as a Massachusetts Registered Auto Repair Shop, approved to complete your repairs. Guaranty Auto Glass replaces all types of auto glass, not just windshields.  All our work is fully guaranteed and we use factory-authorized glass from industry approved sources such as Safelite and PPG.  We work with your insurance company and handle all the paperwork for you.  If you have comprehensive coverage, all you have to do is report the claim.  We'll take it from there and invoice your insurance company directly.  We follow all insurance companies auto glass replacement discount schedules so you never have to worry about paying over what was invoiced or more than is allowed by your insurance company.**

Although we do not offer mobile service, we strive to make your glass replacement experience as easy and convenient as possible.  When we schedule your glass replacement, we can offer you a ride to work or back home and telephone you when it's done.  A ride back to our shop is also always available.  Or, if you prefer to wait, you can settle in, have a cup of coffee or tea, read a magazine and relax in our waiting area.

** Certain restrictions apply.  If you want glass other than what was originally in the vehicle (i.e. sliding rear window in a pick up truck where the original glass was flat) there may be an additional charge.  Your insurance company will replace what was originally there.  Upgrades or changes are the customer's responsibility.  All charges to you would be quoted before any installation or replacement work began.
