Recommend corrective and maintenance
services and explain to the customer which of these are required now
to correct existing problems and which are for preventive
maintenance.
Offer customer a priced estimate for work to be performed.
Make every effort to keep customer informed about appointments and
completion deadlines.
Furnish an itemized invoice for parts and services, priced fairly,
which clearly identifies any used or re manufactured parts.
Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
Furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services.
Use quality auto parts.
Provide and honor when available Manufacturer Warranties.
Exercise responsible care for the customer's property while it is
being serviced.
Make every effort to fix the customer's vehicle right the "first
time".
Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer's complaints.
Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities.
Uphold the high standards of the profession and seek to correct any
or all abuses within the automotive industry.
Customer Service
We will serve each customer the way
we would like to be served if we were the customer.

We will provide each customer with courteous and professional
service.
• We will provide clear and accurate estimates of repair to our
customers.
• We will perform each service and repair professionally with top
quality parts and materials. (Unless used parts waiver signed
by customer.)
• We will report any vehicle safety or repair concerns observed
during vehicle service to our customers.
• We will prioritize recommended vehicle services and repairs to our
customers in this order:
#1 Safety
#2 Progressive Damage
#3 Recommended Maintenance.
• We will not recommend services or repairs that are without benefit
to our customers and their vehicles.
• We will stand behind our work and honor all applicable warranties.
