Our technicians do NOT work on commission basis as some shops do. (Meaning they do NOT get paid a commission for selling more). We also do NOT have a Service Writer. You deal directly with our technicians on a one-on-one level. Although our office staff is happy to take in your vehicle and make your appointments, ANY time you wish to speak with a technician directly, one is available.
