All of our employees are ASE Certified Technicians who have 15 or more years experience in auto repairs and diagnostics.  We use all resources that are currently available including  Identifix and AllData computer systems which provide technical information on all vehicles, including Web access to manufacturers’ information databases; as well as the latest technology including computerized engine diagnostic with Snap On Solar Scanners and OBDII Scan Tools (OBD: On Board Diagnostic).

Our technicians do NOT work on commission basis as some shops do. We also do NOT have a Service Writer or Service Advisor. (Meaning our Technicians do NOT get paid a commission for selling more). You deal directly with our technicians on a one-on-one level. Although our office staff is happy to take in your vehicle and make your appointments, ANY time you wish to speak with a technician directly, one is available.

Guaranty Auto replaces all types of auto glass, not just windshields. All our work is fully guaranteed and we use factory-authorized glass from industry approved sources. We work with your insurance company and handle all the paperwork for you. If you have comprehensive coverage, all you have to do is report the claim. We'll take it from there and invoice your insurance company directly. We follow all insurance companies auto glass replacement discount schedules so you never have to worry about paying over what was invoiced or more than is allowed by your insurance company.
